It was the worst customer service I have ever received. The owner didn't return phone calls, did a lousy job on my car, and refused to refund me. He blamed the horrible job on his employees and told me he would fix all the problems. Three months later, my car is still in my garage, waiting to be fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will ensure the post commander knows what he is doing to soldiers since he is outside the base. My vehicle looked worse than when I dropped it off.

Very satisfied with the results of having the Rapido staff treat our new vehicle with the Opti-Coat Pro +. A worthy investment to prolong the paint look quality of the car. If we purchase another new vehicle within the time of living in the region we will do this again. Ray and his staff are very helpful and do a fantastic job with their services and the same holds with their customer dialog. It’s certainly not easy to decide upon purchase options this high in cost but we have no regrets. Quality service takes time so patience is required. Yet very well worth it in the end. Thank you Ray. Worst place ever. They say guaranteed to pass inspections well, you might have to do a lot of touch up, cleaning yourself and take it back to them and get it cleaned again. And by the time your appt comes you might have to do more cleaning because you don’t have the time to take it back to them. They charged me €260 for such a horrible job. They told me starting is €200 and additional €30 every extra hour. I told the lady to call me if they go over €200 but she never did. I end up paying more. They probably took 20x smoke break because they needed that extra time. definitely NOT RECOMMENDING this place. You probably do a better job cleaning yourself. It’s not worth the price. MAKE SURE TO VISIT POV SHIPPING BECAUSE THEY WILL DO A COURTESY OF PRE-INSPECTION BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR TO GET DETAILED.

Let me start of by saying I have been going to rapido performance quite a bit for numerous work orders. This includes my first car new BMW M440I that was PPF and opti coated, window tinting, MTB opti coated, and now the new M3 comp with PPF, Opti coated, KW coils, and fitment spacers for some bronze wheels. I cant thank ray and his staff enough on how much professionalism and family oriented atmosphere your bring to your customers. Hence why I keep coming back! I just want to thank you for everything and making my ride look #M3SMRYZ.
